This past weekend I took part in a four day workshop with Richard Freeman, my teacher's teacher. It was my first time practicing with him, and I am definitely hooked. Sadly, he lives in Boulder, Co and has a full schedule of traveling around the world that keeps him busy. Though he's one of the most respected and seasoned teachers of the Ashtanga Vinyasa lineage, he is also incredibly down to earth. He joked with us while imparting deep seeds of wisdom. Sometime soon I'll be posting some of my favorite quotes from the workshop.
