Autumn Cleanse Sign-up Now Open!


After the success of the spring cleanse I hosted in May, I can't wait for this extended 10-Day Autumn Cleanse! The cleanse is longer than the spring cleanse as it incorporates a 5 day pre-cleanse period to move the lymph and stabilize blood sugar levels before the 'Deep Diet Detox' that consists of kitchari and lasts three days. After the Deep Diet Detox, there are an additional two days for which you can come off the cleanse slowly and incorporate healthy habits for the winter that will sustain you all season long!  There are two interactive workshops held at The Mindful Body that I'll lead, and you'll receive ingredients for the 3 Day Deep Diet Detox and a educational cleanse handbook with all the information you need.
